Our beliefs dictate our thoughts and actions. When a food change is needed to reverse disease, start by examining your beliefs.

Believing that food is bringing us happiness.

Although food can be delicious, believing that it brings us happiness can make it challenging to change. I think most if not all of us have emotional links to food. My mom's pasta is so comforting! The problem arises when the food traditions with our families are with unhealthy foods.

Believing that food is fuel for our bodies and keeps us healthy.

Sometimes in life, we need to look at something a different way. It's NEVER too late to do this. If you need to change your diet, start by looking at food to deliver health to your body. By the way, I make very healthy recipes, and they are DELICIOUS!
